Make Your Stay Pleasant

The following rules must be adhered to while staying at the Round Valley Farmhouse. These rules are here to make your stay with us safe, and so that you do not cause any inconvenience for the next batch of visitors.

House Rules

  • To stay at Round Valley Farmhouse, you must be able to climb stairs.
  • A refundable security deposit must be paid while checking in. If you damage the home or furnishings, additional charges will apply.

Additional Rules

  • Check-in at 4:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 pm
  • Please no pets allowed. No smoking in the house. Fines will apply.
  • No campfires or fireworks allowed.
  • Do not move or remove any furnishings or inventory from the house. You will be billed for damages.
  • The house will be clean when you arrive. Please leave it reasonably clean when you leave. This means you have to clean out the refrigerator, put all trash into the trash can in the garage, and clean the dishes and put them away.
  • There are 3 Queen Beds and an additional trundle bed for sleeping. Please do not use the sofa and love seat for sleeping quarters. Don't worry about making the beds, we will strip the beds when you leave.
